At AYP we have been running a Global Group Samyama Healing since 2006. Every Saturday and Sunday after the Global Group Meditation, the participants of the group who practice samyama during their daily routine, perform samyama healing on the sutra "samyama list".
To request someone to be added to the samyama healing list, post in this topic.
Venue : Where you are.
Who are invited :
To send samyama healing : Anyone who practices samyama.
To receive samyama healing: Anyone who wishes to receive samyama healing from the group.
Days : Saturday and Sunday
Time : After the Global Group Meditation.
Anytime between 11.25am and 11.45am ET USA.*

How to send healing : After the core samyama practice,
we do samyama on the sutra "samyama list"
We do this 1 to 4 times (more if desired).
How to receive healing : Between 11.25 and 11.45 am ET USA, you can either
rest for a 10-20 min so as to receive the
healing send by the group or you can go
about your day, knowing the healing send
to you will heal you in the way you need it.
The group sends healing with an intent to heal,
so just stay open with an intent to accept
the healing sent your way.

Note (added Sept 2010):The samyama list has been growing real long, which is wonderful  , however it is getting harder and harder for me to send out emails to the recipients every week about the upcoming healing.
Going forward, I am not going to send out emails making people aware of the upcoming healing. It will be nice if you can keep an eye on the list and know when you are going to be up.
There will be an asterisk put next to the recipient who is up for healing, and after everyone on the list has gone through a turn (1 asterisk) I will stop having people up for healing each weekend, instead we will do samyama on the entire samyama list.
Note: (added July 28th 2011): We have now gone through the entire list once and so going forward, from next week on, I am not going to change the samyama list every week. Instead, we will add new recipients to the top of the list and we will do samyama only on the sutra "samyama list" (no more sending healing to individuals, but send healing to the entire group), which will send healing to everyone on the list. |
