Hi all,

Next year we will be running another AYP Yoga Teacher Training Course in Thailand. The dates will be the 10th September to the 8th October 2024. The course is a 29-day fully residential course taking place on the beautiful island of Koh Tao, in Thailand.

Classes will be live-streamed so it will also be possible for students to take the course online if they prefer.

Full details of the course are here:

Hi all,

We still have three rooms available for this course. There are also places available in tents. The rooms still available are in the jungle and have balconies, AC, WiFi and en-suite bathrooms.

Hi all,

A few people have asked me how the September AYP Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand will work for people taking the course online.

We will be live-streaming the classes, so people taking the course online can join the classes in real-time if they want to. We will livestream to a private Facebook group. The classes will also be recorded and saved for 30-days. So, if someone is in a different time-zone from Thailand, they can simply join the classes in their own time-zone by following the class recordings.

This does mean that people taking the course online will be able to finish the course after it finishes in Thailand, if they want to, as the recordings are available for 30-days. They will become qualified when they complete the course.

People taking the course online will be able to ask questions via email and the questions will be answered during the classes. So, questions arising from one class, may be answered in class the following day, due to time differences.

Hi all,

We have just completed this year's AYP Yoga Teacher Training Course on the island of Koh Tao in Thailand. We have graduated 14 new AYP teachers. The course was held both in-person and online with 9 students taking the course at the centre in Thailand and the other five joining online. It was a 29-day course.

During the course we were able to do a deep-dive into many aspects of AYP including Samyama, Self-Inquiry, and the gradual transition towards liberation and unity. We were also able to look in-depth at the History of Yoga over the last 3,000 years and look at topics such as Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga and the role they play in the awakening process.

A big thank you to Devrim Zahir for teaching on the course with me and to Turan Zahir for managing the livestream of the course for the online students.

Some photos from the course are here:
