Hi all,

Next May I will be leading another retreat in Devon, England at the Bala Brook centre. It will be a 6-day (5-night) retreat and the dates will be the 6th to 11th May 2025.

The topic will be "Kundalini and the Energy Body". We will be exploring pranayama (basic and advanced) and looking at the whole process of energetic awakening that takes place on the spiritual path.

Places will be limited to 12 people.
