 Update on Sri Karunamayi:
She's in the U.S.! She'll be here in Tucson next week. She truly is the real McVeda, and she's very sweet. For you who like Sanatana Dharma she's a must. At most cities she performs a Homa (vedic fire ceremony) centered on world peace. She is a welcome guest at Hindu temples throughout the U.S.. All programs are free excepting the meditation retreats. The Guru is in Her! |

Hi all
Amma (Karunamayi) will soon begin her yearly American tour. She's divine and very sweet. If she passes through your town go and get her blessing! The sacred homa fire is performed at many locations, I enjoy participating at those. Everyone is encouraged to join in the sacred chanting with the priests, and the good food includes offerings blessed at the homa fire. Her presence in my life has truly and quietly helped my sadhana. If you ask her for a blessing for your sadhana, and of course put forth your own effort, she will help you with focus and fruition. Sweet and powerful little Amma has now passed thru Tucson. My 4th year seeing her, what a treat! U.S. residents can check her website and see when she may be passing by on her U.S. tour. I got my picture posted with her on the 'Tucson photos' on her site. I'm the tall guy with the beard on the bottom two photos. What fun!

Amma's back in the U.S. and touring through the summer. This is Amma, Sri Karunamayi, not Ammachi, though I understand Ammachi is also touring the U.S. I'm sorry I didn't post this earlier as she has already been to Seattle and Portland Oregon and Atlanta. Amma was born a realized being but considers her saintly mother to be her Guru. Amma's mother's guru was Ramana Maharshi who told Amma's mother that she would give birth to a blessed incarnation of the Divine Mother.
Amma Sri Karunamayi has graced my life with blessings of inner peace and continues to guide me according to my own capacity of opening to my true nature.

Hi all
Amma is SO beautiful! I am SO fortunate to be blessed by her. I have again enjoyed her presence as she passes through my desert home. I can't wait to see her again next year, so I will just have to see her everywhere.
Sri Karunamayi is my Divine Mother and my Gracious Guru embodied in the divine form of my sweet Amma.

My sweet and powerful Mother Guru Sri Karunamayi has just left Tucson on her way to Austin Texas and points east after five days of divine celebration and deepest blessings. Please take the opportunity to get lost in the fathomless gaze and gentle caress of Divine Mother's eternal love.
It seems easy for many to confuse Amma Karunamayi with Divine Mother Ammachi. Both are embodiments of Mother Divine. Thankfully for me my Amma has smaller crowds and I am able to approach Her form and talk with Her intimately person to person on more than one occassion per visit. I do make myself more available by volunteering with our local group to assist with Amma's yearly visit.
This year Amma performs the entire Homa personally which is a real sweet treat!

Words cannot express the divine and powerful effulgence of Sri Amma Karunamayi's compassionate radiance. I have once again witnessed in my own experience the truth of Amma Karunamayi's words, "Children, take one step toward me... I will take a thousand steps toward you."
The 2010 Sri Karunamayi world tour manifested to me blessings above all expectations as always, on this my seventh year of Amma's direct darshan. Mother's powerful and silent blessings guide this amazed little devotee to unspeakable depths of Mother's grace.
