You are Presence and the Now.
There is no understanding, because you are the understanding.
There is no difficulty or pain,
.....because.....
You are the Heart, the Joy.
Katrine, you are One.
Don't ever forget "Stay Home"

It is so funny....because the Australian woman......a friend of her that I haven't seen since I saw that woman called me an hour ago....she spoke to me about Byron Bay.....and a circle of singing Satsangs...

Thank you for being here
This is love for "another" and our "selves"......simply being here. No matter what.
In the diaries written over the years since the cancer, this sentence comes back again and again (cause I used to forget a lot):
"What you are waiting for has already happened" (I didn't understand this at the time - and there can still be forgetting)
So like Shanti, you see what is already here
