What is Sambhavi Mudra?

In very simple terms, Sambhavi Mudra is a very gentle furrowing of the brow, and turning the eyes up toward the middle of the brow.
The purpose is to stimulate the top of the spinal nerve (Shushumna), and attract ecstatic conductivity to the third eye area.

Basic practices should be learned first. Click on "Main Lessons" above to read about these practices.
