Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum, so I wanted to say hello, and thanks for all the exelent posts and sharings, and especially thanks to Yogani for such amazing teachings. I have been following the ayp practices for some time and following this forum for a while too. It is great to be able to follow conversations between people on such a variety of topics. I have some questions to ask people but instead of putting them all up at once I'll try and space them and put them in relevant topics!

True Story:
A few years back, my daughter handed me her purse, to set down, and said, courteously, "Do you mind?"
