Thanks Near!

I have just spent about an hour reviewing the list and learning new things, reading of various practices I have not tried yet. As someone said in Secrets of Wilder regarding "the chart" -- it is "a nice road map." It appeals to my need for organization and stimulates my desire to practice.

I am curious where the list comes from. Did you take it whole from one source? Or did you glean it from the lessons or books?

Hi bewell,

I just put it together from the lessons. I've felt the need to add some new practices to my routine and went through the lessons and prepared for myself the complete list. Glad that you found it useful
