Hi all'

A continuation to the previous topic, on how we should let go (while still favoring the mantra)

I found the my difficulty lies in determining how much we should favour the mantra. When I'm relaxed enough, if I choose to be too easy, I may lose the mantra in a second. This is OK, I know. Then usually I realize this almost immediately, but I'm too relaxed to return to the mantra. I just know I have to return to mantra, but any efforts to really do it may tense my mind a bit. So how much should I favour the mantra? Should I just continue to let the thoughts evolving? Is keeping the intention of reuturning to the mantra without being too serious about it?
