Namaste beloveds

Does anyone here have experience with Maha Mantra you'd like to share?

HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE
HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA RAMA HARE HARE

About a week ago, I had a spiritual (and very lucid) dream in which I repeated this mantra. I entered a room with some elderly ladies and asked them if it's safe to do japa on this mantra. One lady patted my cheek and said it's safe to do this mantra.

So I've been doing japa on this mantra outside of my twice daily AYP practice since then. I feel very blissful and "witnessy". My AYP sitting practices are very deep recently, and I wonder if it's because of my japa outside of sitting practices.

I am just wondering if anyone has similar experience with Maha Mantra.

Love and Blessings

Hi Cosmic!

Yes, absolutely love the maha mantra. Here's my favorite version of it: http://youtu.be/GohCT7WG5W8

Japa is a lovely practice; although the mantra I use for Japa is different (not the maha mantra), I've had many similar experiences as you describe.. Also of ajapa japa or automatic japa that happens when a mantra takes root in the subconscious. I hear my japa mantra often in troubled dreams or challenging circumstances.. For me too, japa has been very complementary to AYP practices..

Enjoy!!

Love,
kami

Thank you for your response, dear kami

I've tried japa at different times, with different mantras. This is the first time I've experienced both progress AND comfort with japa practice.

There is love in this mantra. It is clearly felt.

Hope all is well with you.

Namaste
