Lesson 265 - Backup Website Launched, plus New Book
News

Hello All:
A few days ago a new website was launched to back up the original Geocities AYP website.
It has been a long-time goal to have a suitable backup for the website, and finally we do.
So, if traffic jams are occurring on the Geocities site, or if you would just like faster
cleaner viewing, you can go to the backup site at:
http://www.aypsite.com
The backup site is a duplicate of the original and will be kept up to date. It has much
more bandwidth than the Geocities site, so traffic should not be a problem there. It is
also a much faster loading site, and does not have the pesky advertising frame.
The only catch with the backup site is that it is a paid domain, so may not be there
forever. The Geocities site is a free ad-supported domain and can go on for a very long
time, Yahoo/Geocities willing. So don't throw your AYP Geocities link away.
On another subject, "THE SECRETS OF WILDER" novel is done and the eBook version
will be showing up on Amazon in a week or so. The paperback will be available on Amazon in
a few weeks.
What the novel adds to the AYP lessons is the human experience of discovering the
practices and making the journey to enlightenment from start to finish. Lots of action,
romance, humor, rising spiritual experience, emotional ups and downs, and then finally ...
well, you have to read it to find out. It is an epic, to say the least. Yet, it is less
than half the size of the first AYP book. A fairly modest book on the outside that is
soaring to infinity on the inside. I hope you receive as much enjoyment and inspiration
reading it as I did writing it.
More will be posted here on the novel in the future. In the meantime, you can find a brief
introduction on the books page at:
AYP - Advanced Yoga Practices Books, eBooks and
AudioBooks
The books page will be updated regularly as the novel becomes increasingly available
around the world.
Best wishes to you on your chosen path. Practice wisely, and enjoy!
The guru is in you.
Note: For detailed instructions on building a
balanced daily practice routine with self-pacing, see the
Eight Limbs of Yoga Book.
